Midget clutch hydrolic work

I pulled inches of vacuum on it, and let it sit. I was really hoping to have this done last weekend, but the clutch keeps holding up progress. When finished the first push of the pedal will push the rod out of the cylinder and put the arm into hard contact with the clutch cover. You probably have a hydraulic problem. Anyway , couple weeks ago I pulled the carpet and floor mat out and noticed the clutch pedal was not going all the way to the floor. Is the Slave Cylinder Fork connected to the clutch with a pin or something?? I repeated the bleeding process many time to no avail.
